Daring to Dream
The year 2020 was a defining milestone for AGM Armenian School, marked by the theme "Daring to Dream." Despite the global pandemic and major challenges, the school continued its mission with resilience, unity, and dedication, ensuring students received a strong and meaningful education. The year also brought significant facility improvements, including a new exterior and campus renovations.
35th Anniversary
AGM celebrated its 35th anniversary in a year filled with "not again" moments — yet through perseverance and unity, it became a remarkably successful one. Principal Ani Sarkissian stepped in during one of the school's most trying times, and her enthusiasm, creativity, and level-headed leadership quickly revived school spirit and reenergized students, staff, and administration alike.
A Year of Growth & Generosity
AGM kicked off the year with its inaugural golf tournament, bringing the AGM family together for a successful fundraiser that — through generous sponsorships and an exciting golf ball drop — raised vital funds for school enrichment. Continued investment in technology expanded student access to laptops and iPads, while a new content filter ensured safer internet use. Several facility improvements were also completed, carrying momentum into the next school year.
Record Enrollment Milestone, New Playground & Learning Resources
Under the leadership of Principal Ani Sarkissian, AGM reached a record enrollment milestone of about 180 students schoolwide. Thanks to the generosity of donors and the annual golf tournament, AGM unveiled a brand-new playground for preschool students, while elementary students gained access to advanced technology resources to enrich their learning experience.
Expanding Our Vision
The year 2026 marks a defining milestone for AGM Armenian School — the celebration of its 40th anniversary. AGM proudly reached a historic moment with the acquisition of new properties for our growing campus, made possible through the generosity and donations of our community. What once was just a vision is now a reality, as we continue building a brighter future for generations to come.

Our vision for the next 40 years is one of growth, expansion, and continued excellence. As our school community grows, so does our commitment to creating opportunities for our students to continue their educational journey at AGM. An important part of that future is the expansion of our program into the junior high years, allowing our students to remain rooted in the community, values, and Armenian identity that have shaped their earliest years.
